Founded in 2012 by the Carmona-Hernandez family, Rancho Nando in Pembroke Pines is more than just a restaurant — it’s the heart and soul of a dream that started with one grill, a lot of love, and a deep-rooted passion for Colombian traditions. It's where loyal customers became family, where kids grew up bussing tables, and where the flavors of Carne a la Llanera turned into a legacy.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the smell of slow-cooked meats on open flame, the rhythm of Latin music, and the warmth of a space built by generations for generations. Guests rave about the authenticity, hearty portions, and friendly service, calling it a "hidden gem for Colombian soul food."

✨ Breakfast is served daily from 8AM to 12PM, offering comforting staples like arepas, calentado, and fresh juices. Lunch and dinner run all day, featuring house specialties like Bandeja Paisa, Sancocho, grilled meats, and Colombian burgers like the Guaca Burger and the Steakhouse Smoky BBQ Burger.
